This is the reason why our range of slicers available change from the one with alternative reciprocating blade to the continuous band blades one, from the slicers suitable for low production up to the industrial ones, to satisfy any cutting need in the requested productions.
BUNS SLICING - The slicing of the buns can be divided mainly in two typologies: total cut or partial cut and in anyway you want to get, in vertical, horizontal or oblique, our range of products includes the specific solution that goes to satisfy any specific request for the cutting of this type of product.
PACKAGING - Our range of packaging machines satisfy every different packaging needs from the flow-pack packaging to the shrinking until the bagging for the package in preformed bags of the products. These machineries allow the continuous packaging of the products with feeding systems which can be of manual type of through appropriate feeders studied according to the different specifications of each single product.
BREAD SLICING AND PACKAGING - The slicing and the consequent packaging of the bread can be performed mainly in two ways according to the packaging type that you prefer: in flow pack or in bag. Then, in base of the production requested the system can be manual/semiautomatic type or completely automatic with automatic passages of loading between slicer and packaging machine.
BUNS SLICING AND PACKAGING - With reference to the slicing and packaging of buns, also it can be understood in base of the type of packaging you want to do: flow pack, bag or in add to this category of products can be also Bulk-packer/L-sealer type. Also in this case the systems can be studied for semiautomatic or full automatic function.
CONFECTIONARY - Toasted slices, biscuits, sponge cakes and cakes, are the products that are of this category, for each of them is different the typology with which the cut can be executed: with ultrasonic system for filled cakes, with traditional vertical blade or guillotine system for biscuits or in the specific case of sponge cake with horizontal continuous band blade.
CROUTONS & FOCACCIA - The cut of round croutons can be obtained in different ways using a slicer with reciprocating blade or with continuous band blade, in base of the production requested. Besides, the slicer can be connected in line with an automatic loading and unloading system for a continuous process of work. The cut of croutons, focaccia or other products where this application is used is performed thanks to the connection in line of more slicers with automatic passages between them. It is understood that our systems let to get croutons only if you slice a tray product type.
CRUSTLESS BREAD - The handling of sandwich bread requests the right equilibrium between the cutting methods used for a correct slice and/or next packaging. Our range fo products included the single machines to decrust bread, slicers specific for a correct cutting process, up to the automatic equipment where from a loaf of bread you get in exit of the line the product decrusted finished.
